What To Expect
Within a few visits, we’ll be able to adequately diagnose your symptoms and establish a chiropractic care plan that’s effective. Through a chiropractic evaluation and x-rays when needed, we’ll be able to identify your specific problems and take action.
1. At your first visit, Dr. Ian will complete health history information, focused chiropractic examination and any necessary x-rays, a process which takes 30-45 minutes. Dr. Ian will then review your case and evaluate your x-rays completely to find the cause of your problem. Depending on your individual needs you will receive your first adjustment.
2. Once you return to Wellington Family Chiropractic for your second visit, Dr. Ian will have had the opportunity to analyze your x-ray and chiropractic examination findings. At this point he will sit down with you one-on-one and fully discuss your x-rays and exam findings, then Dr. Ian will let you know how chiropractic care may be able to help you. Next he will discuss his recommendations for care as well as different plan options.
3. Typically, your chiropractic care plan will involve a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before. With this approach, we can alleviate your pain and suffering, and over time, we can also strengthen your body and correct your spine so that you are able to enjoy a more healthy, pain-free lifestyle.
